Our Story

We’re Eloise and Ramiro, and we welcome you warmly to our little digital home, The Relocation Chronicles.

Our journey together started on a teeny, tiny tropical island in the middle of the Great Barrier Reef. What started as a whirlwind island romance quickly transcended into that ‘i-dont-think-i-ever-want-to-live-without-you’ kind of love, and here we are, almost two years down the track, still refusing to live without each other.

When we made the decision last year that we would relocate to the UK after our Australian visas expire, we didn’t realise we’d be met with quite so many relocation challenges. Obstacles that are preventing Ramiro from entering the country on a working visa until at least December…
